"Encourage your Pastor"

Sometimes Pastors are the Loneliest people in the Church. Long hours, feelings of disappointment, discouragement and defeat.
Paul said to "serve one another in Love" (Gal. 5:13)

1. Stop the criticism to others about your Pastor.
2. Pray regularly.
3. Express your appreciation.
4. Stop the Gossip.
If you hear a negative comment, respond with a positive.
5. Offer help
  Pastor, I'd like to help......
6. Be responsive, openly.
7. Throw away the measuring stick!

Don't expect your Pastor to be like so and so, lay aside your personal preferences. Focus on how your Pastor is being used of God to effect your life. By serving your Pastor, you will ensure encouragement and appreciation.

The Friendship of Jesus will enable you to see others as He saw the Apostles, flawed but good children of God!
